Our Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a
return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged
or if you receive the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof (pictures or videos) of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate
the issue and fix it.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Items that are worn, used, damaged or not in original
packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items that are
altered or changed.

Gentle reminder:

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any returned packages
without an authorized return from customer service representatives will not be
refunded. All sales are final on discounted items and cannot be exchanged or
returned. Black Friday sale items are also final and can not be exchanged or
returned.

you can contact us at customer service and provide details for return.
We’ll send you instructions on how to return your package and information on the
refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted. You will need to pay for return shipping.
